Got snow? Your state did this weekend if you don't live in Hawaii. Even coastal Charleston saw a couple inches when they woke up Saturday morning. Luckily it was mostly gone by noon.

Congrats to Charleston, SC

Boeing announced last Wednesday that they will be locating a second assembly line for the 787 Dreamliner in Charleston, SC. This is good news for Charleston and South Carolina in general. With GE and Michelin already in the upstate this could mean more suppliers locating to South Carolina.

Sailing
These pictures were taken with my smaller camera, a Sony DSC-W5. The zoom feature is not as good as my DSC-H7 but the camera is much smaller and easier to carry around. I love October in the south. Still warm but the tourists have gone home so there are no crowds at the beach.
This is not much of a beach, but they have a small parking area and it's free.

Big Plane Boss
Dreamlifter, Boeing's 747 wide body Cargo Freighter landing at Charleston, SC Airport. (yeah we landed just ahead of it in a Cessna 172 and I took this from the taxi-way just off the side of the runway)
